Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience interacting with customers and handling cash.

• Greet and assist members to ensure a fast, friendly experience.
• Promote and refer Peak Credit Union products to meet member needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Resolve member inquiries with professionalism and empathy, following up as needed.
• Make outbound calls to support outreach and relationship-building.
• Perform wire transfers and complex transactions per policies.
