• Promote credit union products through consultative sales and referrals.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Resolve member inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Make outbound calls to support outreach and relationship-building.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with vault operations.
• Record detailed notes of member interactions and transactions for follow-up.
• Engage in ongoing learning of systems, policies, and sales techniques.
• Support branch operations and sales growth across locations.
