• Ensures accurate cash handling, vault operations, and transaction processing.
• Executes account openings, loan applications, underwriting support, and account maintenance.
• Maintains notes to ensure continuity of care and sales tracking.
• Partners with branch leadership on escalations and sales initiatives.
• Supports ongoing training and community engagement.
