You will review each member’s financial position, identify needs, cross-sell products, and ensure accurate processing of transactions with high service quality.

High school diploma or GED required.
Availability to work Saturdays and branch hours.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze member financial profiles.

Responsibilities

Actively listen to uncover member financial needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Cross-sell products and services to meet member goals.
Process member transactions accurately per procedures and maintain service standards.
Identify red flags in transactions and escalate to Fraud Department when needed.
