Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Availability to work during branch hours, including Saturdays.

• Strong sales skills to cross-sell products and services with integrity.
• Commitment to superior member service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and recommendations to meet members' financial needs.

• Review transactions for red flags and escalate fraud concerns.
• Promote Credit Union technology and digital tools to members.
• Engage with members through community events to build relationships.
