The position is onsite at the Algonquin, IL location, with a schedule that aligns to branch hours and Saturdays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to member needs and analyze financial profiles to tailor solutions.
• Identify and sell products/services to meet member goals.
• Accurately process transactions and open accounts.
• Review transactions for red flags and escalate fraud concerns.
• Process business account transactions with risk mitigation.
• Operate two cash drawers across two systems.
• Promote Credit Union technology to members.
• Participate in training and service-improvement initiatives.
• Engage with members via outreach and community events.
• Support cross-departmental operational needs.
