MSU Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to provide personalized member service and tailor recommendations based on each member’s financial position. You will engage with members, cross-sell suitable products, and ensure accurate processing of transactions while supporting growth across the branch.

The role requires onsite presence at the Mason Branch with a schedule including Saturdays and potential location flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work Saturdays and support other locations as needed.
• Ability to review member financials and provide guidance with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to identify member financial needs and analyze their profile.
• Cross-sell products/services aligned with member goals.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain operational integrity.
• Review transactions for red flags and escalate to Fraud if needed.
• Educate members on products and digital tools to enhance experience.
