Job summary

MSU Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to deliver personalized service and recommendations after reviewing each member's financial position, aiming to improve engagement and overall wellbeing.

You will handle transactions, assess risks, cross-sell products, participate in community events, and support branch operations with accuracy and efficiency while upholding credit union policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability to work during branch hours, including Saturdays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to review member financials and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior member experience with personalized service and cross-sell products.
• Respond to member requests and recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Process member transactions accurately while maintaining security and policy compliance.
• Review transactions for red flags and escalate to Fraud Department as needed.
• Engage with members through community events to build relationships.
