Job summary

MSU Federal Credit Union in Mason, MI is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to deliver superior member experiences by assessing each member's financial position and offering tailored solutions. You will respond to member requests, cross-sell appropriate products, and help improve overall financial well-being with accuracy and efficiency.

This full-time, on-site role requires a 40-hour work week with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Availability to work during branch hours, including Saturdays, and to support other locations to meet needs across the branch network.

• Member Sales - Effectively leverages opportunities and generates leads to cross-sell products and services with integrity, supporting member needs while achieving individual, department, and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Honor member needs by listening and analyzing financial profiles to recommend tailored solutions.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs and drive departmental goals.
• Process member transactions accurately and securely, maintaining operational integrity.
• Review transactions for red flags and escalate to Fraud Department when needed.
• Engage with members through community events to build relationships and grow the branch.
