Job summary

MSU Federal Credit Union in Charlotte is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to deliver exceptional member service, review each member’s financial position, and recommend tailored solutions and cross-sell products.

This on-site, full-time role requires full coverage of branch hours, includes 100% company-paid health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability premiums, up to 26 PTO days, volunteer time off, 11 paid holidays, and starting pay at $20/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Availability to work during branch hours, including Saturdays.
• Ability to cross-sell products while maintaining integrity and service quality.
• Ability to analyze member financial needs and provide guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior member experience and engage in product recommendations.
• Handle member transactions accurately across two cash drawers and systems.
• Identify and refer products and services to meet member needs.
• Review transactions for red flags and escalate to Fraud when needed.
• Engage with members at community events to build relationships.
