Job summary

OnPath FCU in Hammond, LA is seeking a Financial Advocate to deliver exceptional member service and build lasting relationships. You will assess members’ finances, highlight suitable products, and help them improve their financial situations while working in a supportive team environment.

With a focus on growth within the credit union, you will cross-sell checking, loans, cards, and other services, while maintaining accurate transactions and cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 6 months of similar or related experience.
• Experience in sales and/or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every member with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Cross-sell checking accounts, personal and auto loans, credit cards and other services.
• Promote and explain credit union products to meet referral and sales goals.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and support branch operations.
• Stay informed on products and services to advise members appropriately.
