Job summary

TTCU Brand is seeking a customer service-focused team member to assist Members with lending inquiries and loan applications, open new accounts, and handle deposit-related needs. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and excellent service in a fast-paced banking environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, basic finance knowledge, and the ability to balance a cash drawer while helping Members. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience in banking, retail, or related field.
• Associate degree preferred but not required; High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members and non-members with lending inquiries and loan applications, gathering information and auditing for completeness.
• Open new accounts and deposit-related products, ensuring information is complete and compliant with TTCU policies.
• Process member transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy and balancing cash drawers.
• Build trusted relationships with Members and fellow employees to support sales and service goals.
• Stay informed on current products, services, and promotions to refer appropriate services using KeyInsight.
