Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED combined with 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct loan interviews and gather previous credit history and other pertinent data.
• Establish loans considering assets, liabilities, credit experience, and references per FCU procedures.
• Discuss loan alternatives, criteria, rates, and documentation to elicit a positive response.
• Cross-sell credit union services and provide information and counseling as needed.
• Assist in account maintenance activities.
• Provide basic financial counseling when needed or requested by members.
