• Regularly balance cash drawers, dispensers, or recyclers to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist members with account maintenance requests, verifying identity and account details.
• Build relationships with members and provide personalized financial guidance, referring relevant TTCU products and services.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
