Qualifications

• Experience with mobile retail apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues and concerns.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Guides members on self-service technology and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintains safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and supports merchandising.
• Assists with trainings for frontline associates.
