Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues and concerns.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Guides members on self-service technology and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Maintains safe shopping environment and follows safety standards including safety sweeps.
• Assists with training frontline associates and rollout of new programs.
