Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a team member in the United States, IL location, to support members at the front end. You will provide member service, process purchases, assist with payments, returns and exchanges, and help customers with self-service technology while promoting Sam's Club products and services.

You will also help with training and safety requirements, observe security procedures, and participate in continuous improvement of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.
