Job summary

Trax Credit Union is seeking a friendly Teller to be the first point of contact for members. You will handle transactions accurately, uncover member needs, and connect people with solutions that support their financial well-being.

This part-time role emphasizes relationship-building, adherence to policies, and collaboration with the branch team to meet service goals and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Process cash, check, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cash controls and balance work accurately.
• Identify member needs and recommend helpful products and services.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support branch operations.
