Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months Teller experience or cash handling experience in customer service.
• Bilingual skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service with friendly greetings and attentiveness.
• Process and document teller transactions accurately per procedure.
• Identify acceptable negotiable items and verify member IDs.
• Address member questions with solutions and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Assist with lobby management to ensure timely help and welcome.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and educate members.
