Job summary

Trax Credit Union is seeking a Float Teller to support multiple branches and assist members with everyday financial needs. You will handle transactions with accuracy, build trust through friendly interactions, and contribute to a positive member experience.

Travel between branches is a core part of the role, with a $320 monthly travel stipend. You’ll grow in service, sales, and financial operations within a supportive, energetic team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service and cash handling experience; financial institution experience preferred.
• Some sales or cross-selling experience; comfortable making helpful recommendations.
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for members by handling cash and check transactions quickly and accurately.
• Keep your drawer balanced like a pro—every day.
• Turn everyday interactions into meaningful conversations with warm greetings and genuine connection.
• Spot opportunities to recommend products and services that help members with smart solutions.
• Hit monthly referral goals by matching members with their needs.
• Stay organized with reports, referrals, and daily balancing; details matter.
• Keep cash drawer secure and follow all security and limit guidelines.
• Make regular outreach calls to stay connected with members.
• Jump in wherever needed; we’re a team that has each other’s backs.
