Job summary

CSE Federal Credit Union is seeking a friendly, professional Part-Time Teller to assist members with daily banking needs. You will handle cash transactions, balance cash drawers, and support deposits and loan payments while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes member-first service, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced credit union environment. Prior cash handling and a high school diploma are preferred, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

Experience handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
Commitment to delivering friendly, member-focused service.
Comfort with Windows PC and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

Provide service to members in a professional, friendly manner while following regulations and policies.
Process deposits, cash checks, update member records and balance cash drawer.
Assist members with loan payments and other financial services as needed.
Promote credit union products and refer services that meet member needs.
Use banking software and web-based tools to complete transactions and resolve issues.
