Job summary

Empeople Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Officer (Teller) to deliver exceptional member experiences in a retail branch lobby. You will greet members, process transactions, educate on digital banking, and resolve inquiries while maintaining security and accuracy.

The role requires cash handling, adherence to credit union policies, and the ability to work weekends. Notary services are provided and a strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus two years of teller, customer service and cash handling experience.
• Experience handling cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals and balancing cash drawers.
• Strong customer service orientation with knowledge of credit union policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Professionally greet members entering the branch and assist with service needs.
• Educate members on digital banking, remote deposit capture, bill pay, debit cards and e-statements.
• Handle account servicing requests and process deposits, transactions and inquiries per policies.
