Greater Nevada Credit Union in Minden, NV is hiring a Teller to serve as the face of the credit union, handling routine financial transactions and delivering friendly member service. The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-selling opportunities, and regulatory compliance in a collaborative team setting.

The Teller will greet members, process deposits and withdrawals, balance cash, and educate on products while upholding security and service standards.

Competenze

• 6+ months of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, hospitality, financial services, or similar).
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn systems.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Greet members warmly and assist in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain proper cash levels.
• Educate members on GNCU products and services and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to protect member confidentiality and prevent fraud.
