Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Membership Experience Supervisor in Philadelphia, PA. You will lead the Front End Leads, Cashiers, and Membership Sales Ambassadors, driving member experience and club performance daily.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, policy adherence, and using data to improve outcomes. Open shift availability and a focus on leadership development are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email) required.
• High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail and/or leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Frontline, Membership Services Desk, Membership Sales Ambassadors and related functions to drive membership performance and service quality.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate FELs, cashiers, and ambassadors for engagement and accountability.
• Ensure staffing, processes, and policy adherence to support excellent member service.
• Monitor and improve GOLD standards and member experience across departments.
• Use reporting tools to identify trends and collaborate with leadership to optimize results.
