Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Front End Lead to supervise frontline team members in the absence of the Front End Manager. You will coach staff, drive membership metrics, and ensure outstanding member service at the front end.

You will support training, monitor performance, and back up cashiers and Membership Sales Ambassadors as needed while upholding club standards and safety. This role emphasizes teamwork and a strong customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Membership or sales knowledge preferred.
• Prior cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the front line in the absence of the Front End Manager.
• Drives membership metrics and member experience initiatives.
• Trains, coaches, and evaluates frontline Team Members.
• Acts as backup for cashiers and Membership Sales Ambassadors when needed.
• Loads shopping carts, operates POS, and handles member transactions.
• Maintains club policies and promotes a safe, positive environment.
