Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Philadelphia region seeks a Member Experience Supervisor to lead Front End Leads, Cashiers and Membership Sales Ambassadors, driving member experience and club performance.

The role develops talent, delivers coaching, and ensures GOLD standards and compliant operations while collaborating with Business Partners to achieve results. Strong leadership and customer service background required; open-shift availability and basic MS Office skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership capabilities and supervision of cross-functional teams.
• 2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and email.
• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Open shift availability and ability to work evenings/weekends.
• At least 18 years of age and maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Frontline, Membership Services Desk, Membership Sales Ambassador and related functions to drive member experience and business results.
• Recruit, train, and manage FELs, Cashiers and Membership Ambassadors with coaching and accountability.
• Ensure staffing and processes support excellent member service and execution.
• Maintain knowledge of club policies and ensure compliance with standards.
• Use reporting tools to drive performance and collaborate with leadership to optimize results.
• Maintain regular attendance and contribute to overall club leadership.
