Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Cottage Grove, MN is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will train staff, supervise member service, and manage front desk tasks while supporting the Club Manager with daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and adherence to policies. A proactive approach to marketing, cleanliness, and member engagement is required for success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks including answering calls and assisting members.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist in overseeing cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
