Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club in White Bear Lake, MN is hiring for a full-time associate supervisor to help lead front-end operations and member service. You will train staff, assign duties, and support compliance with company policies while promoting memberships and the Open Door policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and guiding service approaches.
• Train associates on processes and procedures.
• Ensure member complaints are resolved per company guidelines.
• Promote membership types, programs, and benefits.
• Assist with purchases and merchandise guidance.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.

• Oversee area, manage inventory, shrink, and damages.
• Maintain cash handling and accounting records.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes.
