Job summary

Sam's Club in Onalaska, WI is hiring for a front-end/member service associate to assist in supervising associates, processing memberships, and delivering excellent member experiences. The role involves guiding purchases, operating registers and supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage with members, promote memberships and benefits, and participate in team-driven improvements while upholding Walmart/Sam's Club policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area, including assigning duties and providing feedback
• Provide member service by helping with purchases, locating merchandise and guiding self-checkout
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts; promote member engagement and renewals
• Maintain and organize area, handle claims/returns, and ensure clean, accessible premises
• Support store operations by accounting tasks, cash handling and safety procedures
