Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training on processes to ensure member service quality.
• Support Open Door Policy, participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Assist members with purchases, locate items, process transactions, and handle returns while maintaining merchandising and store cleanliness.
