Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is seeking a front-line supervisor at the Onalaska, WI location. You will assist management with supervising associates, assign duties, train staff, and support member services while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will help process memberships, guide purchases, and drive member satisfaction through effective service at the registers or self-checkout, with a focus on meeting membership goals and promoting Sam's Club products and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area and provide direction and feedback
• Communicate membership information and drive recruitment, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates
• Provide member service, process memberships and transactions, and handle claims and returns
