Job summary

Sam's Club in La Marque, TX is seeking a Front End Associate to assist management in supervising associates, process memberships, handle transactions at registers or self-checkout, and provide friendly member service to ensure quick, accurate service.

You will help recruit and train associates, uphold store policies, promote Open Door Policy, and contribute to meeting membership goals while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and assigning duties
• Provide member service and assist with purchases, memberships, and self-checkout
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and handle claims/returns
• Support open door policy and participate in recruiting and training
