Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Aurora, CO is looking for a Front-End Supervisor to help manage daily operations, train associates, and ensure excellent member service at the front of the club.

You\'ll supervise a team, handle member questions, process memberships and transactions, and support merchandising and safety standards while promoting Sam\'s Club benefits and programs. Join a fast-paced team focused on value and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, assign duties, train on processes and procedures
• Provide member service guidance and resolve member issues per guidelines
• Promote membership types, upgrades, and benefits; encourage renewals
• Process memberships, credit accounts, and participate in sales events
• Maintain merchandising, checkout operations, and parking lot cleanliness
