Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and directing duties to staff.
• Provide training and guidance on processes, procedures and member service approaches.
• Promote membership types, programs and benefits; process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and using self-service technology.
• Oversee area operations: handle claims/returns, organize merchandise, maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Complete accounting records; cash handling, deposits, and cash fund transfers; maintain confidentiality.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs with managers and partners; monitor progress and improve operations.
• Demonstrate compliance with policies and ethics; support Open Door Policy and address issues.
• Lead and participate in teams; coordinate work, give feedback, and ensure quality and timely results.
• Respect individuals and foster belonging; build a collaborative team and comunicar with energy and impact.
• Act with integrity; uphold Walmart values, accountability, and social responsibility.
