Responsibilities

• Provides member service. Maintains the checkout area. Resolves member issues and concerns.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services. Guides members on self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases. Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps. Maintains merchandise and organizes zones.
• Assists with training of frontline associates on processes and new programs.
• Ensures area cleanliness and security, documents logs, and observes for potential theft.
