Job summary

Responsibilities

• Owns Member issues through resolution and escalates feedback.
• Cross-sell platform products and refer services to Members.
• Educates Members on digital banking solutions and assist with online/mobile banking.
• Perform teller transactions in lobby and drive-up and balance instruments daily.
• Adhere to compliance, security, and bank policies; participate in community activities.
