The Membership Services Agent (MSA) is often the first interaction members, prospects, program registrants and guests have with the staff of the May Center for Health, Fitness & Sport. The MSA provides assistance and exceptional customer service to May Center members, program registrants, prospects, and guests.

Responsibilities include ensuring that all individuals are greeted and given appropriate customer service, member check-in procedures are completed correctly, and that all point-of-sale

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Customer-facing experience in fitness center, spa, hotel or hospital admin preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Friendly, engaging and professional persona.
• Proven customer service in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Cash handling experience.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and Zoom; comfortable with multi-line phones.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for the May Center; greet visitors and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Ensure member check-in procedures are completed accurately.
• Process memberships, guest passes and payments for personalized services.
• Sell Pro Shop items.
• Process membership-related forms.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
