Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to ensure members, guests, and prospective members receive top-notch service. This role is hourly and non-exempt, based in a Crunch Fitness club.

Responsibilities include greeting members, handling inquiries, updating accounts, processing payments at the POS, and helping keep the club clean. The ideal candidate has strong communication, a positive attitude, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service - 1 year (preferred).
• CPR/AED certification (required).
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional attitude.
• Upbeat and positive personality.
• Efficient and effective communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Inform prospective members about membership options and current promotions.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members’ accounts.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
