Job summary

Crunch Fitness in the United States is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver top-notch service to members, guests, and prospective members. This is an hourly, non-exempt role within a fast-paced gym environment.

Responsibilities include greeting and checking in members, handling calls, explaining membership options and promotions, updating accounts, stocking retail, operating the POS, and keeping the club clean. CPR/AED certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional attitude and upbeat personality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Inform prospective members about membership options and promotions.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members’ accounts.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
