You will learn AAA products, apply consultative sales techniques, and contribute to both service excellence and revenue goals in a busy, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in a sales role with customer service responsibilities.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries or call centers valued.
• Strong communication and adaptability across branches and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer interactions for Member Services and product sales while applying consultative selling.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to branch objectives.
• Promote AAA products and services to Members and tailor solutions to needs.
• Learn multiple product lines and systems to provide seamless service across branches.
