Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Member Experience Associate to provide outstanding service and value to our Members across branch locations. You will achieve individual sales targets while delivering genuine care and adapting to different environments.

The role is onsite with rotating branch assignments, requires a strong customer service orientation, active listening, and the ability to quickly learn multiple product lines and systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Sales experience is required.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Performs fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales, adhere to branch SOPs and compliance.
• Must be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services; apply consultative sales techniques to uncover needs and close opportunities.
• Promotes AAA products and services to Members to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Understand and anticipate Member needs, identify relevant solutions, and adapt to each branch environment.
