Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group seeks a Member Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service and drive sales across multiple branch locations in California. You will learn and apply product knowledge, assist members with a range of AAA services, and work toward individual sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong listening and communication skills, willingness to travel between branches, and availability to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries or call centers are valued.
• Must demonstrate adaptability and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and value to members across branches.
• Meet individual sales targets and apply consultative sales techniques.
• Learn multiple product lines and systems to provide seamless service.
• Rotate between branches as needed and cover shifts, including Saturdays.
