Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and meet sales targets across multiple branches. You will engage with Members, understand needs, and offer relevant AAA products and services to drive branch success.

The role requires strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and active listening, with a schedule including Saturdays and mobility between branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED and 2–4 years of work experience, with sales exposure.
• Sales experience required; ability to meet individual targets and work across multiple branches.
• Ability to learn multiple product lines, services, and systems quickly.
• Proficient with common computer systems and applications; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer interactions for member services and product sales across branches.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals through consultative selling.
• Promote AAA products and services to members to achieve branch targets.
• Adapt to different branch environments and support 5-day work week, including some Saturdays.
