Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across multiple branch locations. You will engage in product sales, learn AAA offerings, and support branch objectives through proactive client interactions.

The role requires strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and the ability to travel between branches. A high school diploma and 2–4 years in sales are preferred, with a commission-incentive plan included.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 2–4 years in a sales role.
• Sales experience is required and valued in service/retail or insurance sectors.
• Strong communication and active listening to identify member needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Member Services and product sales across branches.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and apply consultative selling techniques.
• Travel between branches as needed and learn multiple product lines.
• Provide exceptional service and value to Members through genuine care.
