AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across branches in the Phoenix area. You will manage member interactions, promote AAA products, and meet individual sales targets while adapting to different branch environments.

You will quickly learn multiple product lines, services and systems to provide seamless service wherever assigned, with strong customer service, adaptability, and listening skills valued in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and meet individual sales targets.
• Rotate between branches as needed to support business needs.
• Learn and apply knowledge of multiple product lines and systems to provide seamless service.
