Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group seeks a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and drive sales across Chandler locations. You will handle Member Services and product sales, meet individual targets, and reinforce the value of Membership.

The role requires adaptability, strong listening skills, and knowledge of AAA products, with on‑site duties including Saturdays at the Chandler Branch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 2–4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, or call centers valued.
• Drive for results and ability to meet deliverables on time.
• Effective communication and teamwork are essential.
• Adaptability and willingness to travel; shifts at multiple locations.

• Promotes AAA products to meet individual and branch goals; reinforces membership value.
