Responsibilities

• Answer loan questions by phone and email.
• Process member service requests from branches (title releases, changes, etc.).
• Consult with members for closing and explain all documentation.
• Process and fund consumer loan products (auto, personal, VISA, etc.).
• Audit files to ensure loan documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Explain loan payoff quotes for various loan types.
• Cross-train on reports and send letters/paperwork to members.
• Assist in training employees on loan processing procedures and technology.
