Core Development and Management-Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior customer experience in a welcoming environment. You will assist members and guests, process sign-ups, support retention, and help maintain a clean and safe club space.

The role offers flexible full-time and part-time shifts. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering inquiries, processing membership changes, and promoting our Judgement Free Zone while hitting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
