Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver outstanding customer service in our Judgement Free Zone. You will assist members, handle sign-ups, answer questions, and support sales goals while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts. The role emphasizes client interaction, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a busy fitness club setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter or exit the club and assist with check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related tasks including sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
