Job summary

Planet Fitness seeks a Member Services Representative to provide superior customer service to members and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free Zone experience. The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts, including greet and assist duties, membership processing, and sales support.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, promoting the brand, resolving issues, and maintaining club cleanliness and safety, with training provided for CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership related functions such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
